30-Day Returns Policy
We offer a 30-day returns window from the date of purchase for items that:
- are unused;
- are in the same condition in which they were received; and
- include original packaging, labels, and tags where applicable.
Returns that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.
Customers are responsible for the cost of returning items that:
- do not fit;
- are no longer wanted; or
- were ordered in error.
We recommend using a tracked returns service, as returned items remain your responsibility until received by us.
Right to Cancel
If you are a consumer purchasing online, you may also have a legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason.
To exercise this right, you must notify us clearly by email at dedito@deditoboots.com within that period.
You must then return the goods within 14 days of telling us you wish to cancel.
Refunds for valid cancellations will be made within 14 days of receiving the returned goods, using the original payment method where possible.
Unless the goods are faulty or incorrect, return postage costs are your responsibility.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
Under applicable consumer law, goods supplied by us must be as described.
If you believe an item is faulty or if you have received the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible with:
- your order number;
- a description of the issue; and
- photographs where possible.
If an item is confirmed to be faulty or incorrect, we will offer an appropriate remedy, which may include repair, replacement, or refund in accordance with your legal rights.
If an item returned as faulty is found not to have a manufacturing defect, we may return it to you and ask you to cover the return shipping cost.

Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item, it is up to our discretion.
We work on the principle of return, refund, reorder.
Unless the original item is faulty or incorrect, you are responsible for return postage costs for exchanged items.
