Returns & Refunds

We hope you are delighted with your purchase!

If you are not completely satisfied, you may return eligible items in accordance with the policy below.

Returns

We offer a 30-day returns window from the date your order is received.

To be eligible for a return, items must:

  • be unused and unworn
  • be in the same condition in which they were received
  • include the original packaging and box
  • original labels attached to product.

Returns that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.

How to Return an Item

To return an item, please include the returns form with your package or if you cannot print it off, make sure we have the following information:

  • your full name and address
  • a copy of your purchase receipt
  • the reason for return

Including the returns form helps us process your return more quickly.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty.

If returning an item valued over £75, we recommend using a tracked shipping service or shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Please allow up to 5 business days for returns to be processed once received.
Depending on your bank or payment provider, refunds may take additional time to appear in your account.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Faulty Items

If you believe your item is defective or has a manufacturing fault, please refer to our Warranty Page for instructions.

If an item is confirmed faulty, we will offer a repair, replacement, or refund where appropriate.

Sale Items

Sale items may be returned within the statutory cancellation period required by law.

However, sale items are not eligible for returns under our extended 30-day returns policy.

End-of-line items may be marked as final sale, meaning they cannot be returned unless faulty.

Bespoke or Personalised Items

Items that have been embroidered, personalised or made to order cannot be returned unless faulty.

Duties and Taxes

For international orders, we are unable to reimburse customs duties, import taxes or other third-party charges.

Undelivered Orders

If a delivery cannot be completed because the recipient is unavailable to accept the parcel, the order will be refunded once the item has been returned to Dedito Boots Ltd.

Shipping costs, duties, and taxes will not be refunded.

There will be an admin fee of £7.50 deducted from the total refund amount for deliveries that are unable to be completed due to customer’s failure to accept.
